Oooh, a featherweight! Years and years ago, I used to buy featherweights at yard sales/antique shows and re-sell them to a dealer in CA. Beautiful and sturdy machines! Nice quilt! One of many to come I’m sure.

I am so jealous! Clearly, I need to add a Singer to my must get when I visit list. I keep looking for a Featherweight in it’s case, but they’re hard to find out here in California. /sigh

Thanks for the shout-out. I’m so glad you love the Featherweight. Of all my machines I found it to be the most special. Too special in fact to sit unused in its case. Thanks for giving it a good, new home.

It was great hanging out with you and Kat – we definitely have to do it again soon, this time with Alex included. Please tell Kat that Biggs says “Hello”, and that I haven’t forgotten her or her “chocolate hustle”

That’s even older than my Featherweight 221! (Or did you buy the other one?) Amazing little machine, isn’t it? Gorgeous stitch. Now what is the “Russo wheel”? (Wait till you hear what I just ordered…..god, am I in trouble!)
