I actually thing they've improved in the lat couple years -- I know I waited over 3 weeks for my first order from them, and swore I would never use them again.... (oops!) It may even look ok on my round-ish figure. I find KP a little slow too. If their stuff wasn't so affordable and nice I'd be really put off. I must confess I have never had a problem with Knit Picks being slow. I've always been shocked at how quickly I've gotten my orders, but I am not a frequent buyer. :) That new sweater from Chick Knits is LOVELY!
