To make life easier for all, I’ve set up a paypal donation button for anyone who would like to make a donation to the MDA for the kids’ hop-a-thon.  I’ve added the button to the left side column of the blog, and am adding it to this post for convenience.

I very much appreciate the offers of support after my last post.  While I shouldn’t be, I still am constantly surprised by how very wonderful a community we have.

As a thank you, there will be yarn prezzies.

Question: the hop-a-thons around here have all kinds of different rules. Sometimes it’s so much a minute or so much a hop or just having donations. What are the rules for the kiddos’ hopathon?

Hey, made a donation for the hopping monkeys. I have been e-mailing with Chappysmom, who I have never met, but she lives about a mile away from me. The blogosphere is truly a wonderful thing!

Made a donation for the little monkeys. Love CD and congrates on knitting from the stash. I have been surprised at how little I have been tempted also. Looking throught the stash every now and then might help as it brings me back to the reality of how much yarn I really have!

I’m also curious to know if it’s per hop or per minute or one blanket donation…? I don’t want to go and donate $5 and find out it’s $5 per hop – I AM unemployed, ya know ;o)
