One Crazy Fiber Lady

Weak

November 28th, 2006 · 9 Comments

I am seriously weak in the whole willpower arena.  I made a vow not to buy any more yarn.   Well that was right after ordering the Galway to make the Drive-Thru for Alex.  Is it a truly bad thing that I just bought this?

Vic

Maybe it is a serious case of wheel envy.  I’m sure that’s a part of it.  But more likely, I’m just terribly weak when faced with a new, tiny spinning wheel.

I don’t even want to count the wheels I have.  I might have to cull the herd a bit.  I can think of two (three) that might be looking for a new home soon..

Ugh, I need a huge project to keep the shopping down!

Craft on!

Oh boy, I really want to learn how to spin — and you’re not helping! — but I can’t afford a wheel right now. (We’re buying a new house, so I have plenty of room for it, but no cash for it!)

I would have been SHOCKED if you hadn’t bought this new wheel. So, whatcha gonna sell? Anything I might want? :-)

please let me know which wheel is going up for sale. my friend Claire is in the market for a new wheel. She needs to get her own so I can have my one and only wheel back.

Wow! Good thing you guys are expanding the house huh? ;) But seriously, it folds! No space needed hardly at all right? ;)

I’ll be watching this blog like a hawk now to see when you’re going to put up some of those wheels for sale LOL…

Nice wheel! I’m curious why you chose it over a Lendrum though. To my eye (and I own a Lendrum) it looks like it’s trying to emulate that design, even down to the forward-leaning drive wheel.
